As you know, I'm Val. Most days I like to think that I'm a brunette version of Anne Shirley. (Where are my Anne of Green Gables fans?) I also like to think that I'm Greek, but let's be real...I'm only Greek at heart. I'm married to my favorite Italian (yes, he really does have Italian heritage and we have the last name to prove it), Matt, and we live in beautiful Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, with our identical twin girls.

 

I developed a passion for capturing love stories when I began photographing weddings in 2011-2012. My photos have been described as genuine and film-inspired. During the oftentimes fast pace of wedding days I am always looking for sweet moments to capture that mean the most to each couple and will become timeless treasures for them and their loved ones to enjoy forever.

 

I find so much fulfillment in capturing life and love stories with my camera and connecting with the people standing in front of my lens. It's an incredible honor to preserve the memories while celebrating those moments alongside my clients!
